Your order and your eSIM

Finding an order again, passing a plan to somebody else, accounts, and reaching a person.

I closed the page with my QR code. Is my eSIM gone?

No. The eSIM exists and is yours. What you have lost is the quick way back to it.

If you gave an email address, the same details are in your inbox. If you did not, open the find page and enter the order number.

If you have lost the order number too, write to us. Support can find an eSIM from the last four digits of its ICCID once it is installed, or from the payment.

How do I find my order again?

Open the find page and enter the order number, plus either the last four digits of the ICCID or the email address the receipt went to.

That opens the order: the install details, what is left on the plan, the receipt and the refund form. No account and no password.

If you signed in with Apple or Google when you bought, your orders are also gathered in your account on any device you sign in on.

Where is my order number?

On the order page you landed on after paying, and in the email if you gave an address.

It is the one thing worth writing down if you bought without an email address. Everything about an order can be reached with it.

Quote it whenever you write to us. It turns a guess into an answer.

Where do I find the ICCID of my eSIM?

In your phone’s settings, beside the travel line itself. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → tap the travel line. Android: the SIM’s own details screen.

It is the eSIM’s serial number. Only the last four digits are ever needed to find an order.

Before the eSIM is installed there is no ICCID on the phone to read. Use the email address the receipt went to instead.

I paid but my eSIM has not arrived. What do I do?

Stay on the order page for a minute. It waits for the network to issue the eSIM and updates itself when it does, which normally takes under a minute.

If you gave an email address and the page is gone, check that inbox, including the spam folder.

If more than a few minutes have passed with nothing on the order page, write to us with the order number. If we cannot issue the eSIM at all, the order is cancelled and the payment released or refunded in full.

How do I send an eSIM to someone else?

Open the order page and make a link for it. Send them that link, by any means you like.

The link opens their half of the order: the install details and what is left on the plan. They need no account, no app and no invitation.

It carries nothing of yours. They cannot see your receipt or your other plans, and they cannot ask for a refund.

Can I take back an eSIM I gave away?

Before they install it, yes. A new link replaces the old one, and closing it stops the old one working.

After they install it, no. The eSIM is on their phone, the plan is running, and nothing we could do would look like taking it back — so the order page stops offering it and says why.

The link is shown once. If it was lost in forwarding, make a new one.

Can the person I gave an eSIM to see my receipt?

No. Their link opens the eSIM and nothing else: how to install it and what is left on it.

It cannot read your receipt, cannot see your other plans, and cannot request a refund on your payment.

Top-ups are the payer’s side too. An eSIM given away cannot be topped up by you from your side.

Do I need an account to see my eSIMs?

No. Orders bought in a browser stay in that browser, and any order can be opened again with its order number.

An account is useful for one thing: gathering your purchases across devices, so an eSIM bought on a laptop shows up on your phone.

Signing in is with Apple or Google, so there is no password for us to hold.

How do I sign in?

With Apple or with Google. There is no password to create and none for us to store.

Your email comes from whichever of them you used, which is also where receipts go. It is changed there rather than with us.

Signing in is optional at every step, including buying.

Can I add an order I bought as a guest to an account?

Yes. Sign in on the device that made the purchase, and the orders it is holding can be claimed onto the account.

Nothing about the eSIM changes when you do. It keeps working exactly as it was.

If the purchase was made on a device you no longer have, use the order number instead.

How do I delete my account?

From inside your account, in a few seconds. The page on deleting an account sets out each step and what happens.

If you cannot reach it — a lost phone, say — write to us from the address the account uses and ask. A person reads it and answers.

Your sign-in is removed straight away and ordinary personal data within seven days.

What happens to my eSIMs if I delete my account?

They keep working until their plans run out. Deleting an account does not switch off data you have paid for.

The eSIMs on the phone you delete it from stay listed there, with their installation details.

Order records and receipts stay with us for as long as accounting and tax rules require, without your name or email attached.

How do I contact support?

Through the support page, or by email to support@lempart.app. Include your order number if you have one.

A person reads it and answers by email, usually within one working day. There is no phone tree and no chatbot pretending to be somebody.

You do not need an account to write to us, and the support page works from any device — useful when the phone with the problem has no internet.
