About
Lempart Flex sells travel eSIMs that let you choose two things: the country your connection exits through, and the speed you keep after your daily full-speed data. Every plan shows its full price, and destination pages compare our prices with the best-known travel eSIM apps, with the date they were checked.

Roaming is priced to punish you for forgetting to switch it off, and most travel eSIMs are sold as one package at one price. We think a traveller should see the whole shelf and the whole price, and decide for themselves.
Single countries, regional bundles for trips that cross borders, and plans you can buy for somebody else. Data only: plans do not include a phone number, calls or SMS. Speeds and coverage depend on the local mobile networks in each destination.
Before you pay, every plan on the shelf says these, in the same words and the same order.

The cheapest plan that covers your trip sits on the same shelf as the dearest one, and it is marked when it is the better deal. We would rather you came back next trip than spent more on this one.
Every price is in US dollars and shown in full before you pay: no activation fee, no card surcharge, and no "from" price that becomes something else at the checkout.
Buying needs no account and no name. We do not sell or share personal data, and we ask for as little of it as a purchase can be made with — the email address is optional.
Support is a human being reading what you wrote, usually within one working day. No phone tree, and no chatbot pretending to be somebody.

Your data keeps working for every day of the plan: there is no total allowance to run out. Each day includes an amount at full speed — 500 MB on Basic, 1 GB on Enhanced Speed — and after that data continues at the speed the plan states, up to 512 kbps or up to 1 Mbps, until the next day begins. Every plan shows its own numbers before you pay.
Your phone needs to support eSIM and must not be locked to one carrier. Most recent iPhone, Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy models support eSIM, but some models sold in certain countries do not — check your phone’s settings before you buy, because an eSIM installs once.
For most plans, when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it. The plan page says so where a plan works differently.
Yes. The eSIM is data only: your number stays on your own SIM for calls and texts, at your own carrier’s usual rates. Turn off data roaming on your home SIM so the travel eSIM carries your data.
No. You choose a plan on the website, give an email address and pay; the eSIM arrives by email with its QR code. No Flex app or account is required.
By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or cryptocurrency — which of these you see depends on your country and device. We charge the US dollar price shown before you pay, whichever you choose; your bank may add its own currency-conversion fee.
A plan whose eSIM has never been installed is refunded in full on request. Once the eSIM is installed, the plan is not refundable, with two exceptions: a right of withdrawal the law gives you, while it still applies; and an eSIM that cannot connect to any of the plan's listed networks anywhere in its coverage area because of a fault in the eSIM itself or with the network operator, which we refund in full.
Any plan. You pay, you send them the link, and they install it themselves — no app, no account, no invitation. The link never carries your receipt, your card or your other plans, and it cannot ask for your money back. It is theirs from the moment it is on their phone.
