A small company selling prepaid data eSIMs for travel. No contract, no subscription, and no account to create.

Lempart Flex is operated by Lempart LLC, based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.

We handle the purchase, the delivery and the support. The mobile networks are somebody else’s.

Which law applies to my purchase?

The terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes go to the courts there where the law allows.

If you are a consumer, you keep any protection given by the law of the place where you live. Nothing in our terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The version of the terms you accepted at checkout governs that purchase, not a later one.

A person reads it and answers by email, usually within one working day. There is no phone tree and no chatbot pretending to be somebody.
