My eSIM

Payments and refunds

My eSIM did not work. Can I get my money back?

Yes, in full, if it cannot connect to any of the plan's networks anywhere in its coverage area because of a fault in the eSIM itself or with the network operator. Weak signal in one building or area, a locked or incompatible phone, or a setting such as data roaming turned off is not a fault of the eSIM — but we will help you fix those.

Contact us while you are still travelling. That is when we can still make it work, and it is also the evidence that matters most.

Tell us where you were, which network the phone showed, and what you had already tried. Data roaming on the travel line and mobile data set to it are the first two things we will ask about.
